Kumera supplies custom built gearboxes and drives for test benches regarding AWD-Powertrain, Transmission and Component testing.

Kumera gearboxes offer up to 4 shifted gear ratios and an optimized internal and structural design for the use in standard and in NVH or Climatic Test Cells.

With a power range of up to 300.000 Nm of torque and up to 5.000 rpm of speed almost any actual performance demand is covered.

For IC-Motor test benches and E-Motor test benches we offer speed increasers and speed reducers with a speed up to 20.000 rpm and up to 1.000 kW power.

Besides these common test bench applications, KUMERA also offers tailored solutions for special rotating test application with high torques of up to 2.000.000 Nm. We provide the full drivetrain and mechanical structure for variable test bench machines.
